avoid eating too much fat ,cut down on sugary products and fast food. fast food is evil.
#2 drink a lot of water.....really,it will not only cleance your body but help your skin stay hydrated and of course help you to burn fat
so drink 1.5 or 2 litres a day ,that's about 8 cups of water and you will be amazed by results. #3 exercise daily....i don't mean going to sport gym everyday and being exhausted, for a weight loss you simply need to start with 30-45 minute cardio exercises daily
cardio exercises will help you loose weight fast and don't need too much space ,but they can be exhausting too as all exercises :P . you can do them at home when you have free time,all you need is motivation
