set realistic expectations
after a long summer break all the dull memories of school seem to wash off and you're always like ''This year will be better'' ... but most of the time it's not.it will be the same boring school so there's no need to be that nervous.
you don't have to take school too seriously,it's just a studying place not a marathon,you don't need to compete with someone,judge someone or compare yourself to others. and if someone don't likes you ignore them,they don't deserve your attention.it's their problem if they don't like you ,not yours. just make sure you're fine.

while it's still a school ,with bunch of homework and deadlines ,someday it will end too and you will never see your high school classmates ,that popular girls and even your enemies after graduation... so stop worrying and make school suck less by hanging out with friends,spending time with family or just watching your favorite tv shows and listening to amazing music.
stay organized
the way to instant success is to stay organized.i know it's hard and no one has got for that but it's true. if you don't want to be full with homework and other problems like grades you should know what to do and when. here's tips : set your alarm for bedtime,like for 10:30 in order to have that 30 minute for cleaning your teeth and choosing outfits.the earlier you go to bed,the easier it'll be to get up.but make sure to stop doing anything at that moment,even say no to the next episode of that kdrama,you don't want your favorite tv show to become your enemy right? Have time for homework.and give each subject it's time . for example you'll start English at 3:50 and you will study it for next 30 minutes.than have time for your hobbies too. for example you'll start watching your tv show at 7:30 and watch only two episodes. have time for relaxing things like meditation ,it'll help you to calm down better than surfing the internet.
work on your self-development
self development is something everyone needs to work on, but especially a teenager. take a paper and write down all the bad qualities you have and want to improve them. for example if you're not confident enough watch videos about gaining confidence. stop comparing yourself to others and stop judging yourself and others around you.these are two bad qualities that make you suffer more than anything. start truly loving yourself.to truly love yourself means to appreciate yourself and to love every single part of your body.you may not have that model like legs but you're still beautiful and most important you are you.there's no one who can be you.
